The Eau Claire Children’s Theatre is setting the stage for a production of Little Shop of Horrors. This zany musical is the comedic tale of a man-eating plant that combines both horror and comedy with rock ’n’ roll. Little Shop of Horrors is guaranteed to send chills down your spine and bring you plenty of laughs. The show traces the tale of floral shop worker Seymour Krelborn, who discovers a new breed of plant unlike any other – a plant that sings R&B songs and feeds off human flesh and blood. The plant attracts a lot of attention, and in his hunger for fame, Seymour is seduced into caring for the plant by feeding it his own blood, but as Seymour grows weaker, he beings to search for a better food source for the plant. Come explore the magic and fun of Halloween with a viewing of this devilishly delicious show. The production runs Thursday, Oct. 15, through Saturday, Oct. 17, with showtimes at 7:30pm each day. Visit The Eau Claire Children’s Theatre website to purchase tickets.
