This burger restaurant features wide array of burger concoctions, piled high with a wide variety of bacons, meats, sauces, and of course, plenty of gooey cheese. They also offer a build-your-own option and veggie burgers, portobello caps, and chicken options for all of their burgers. The signature "MBC Grind" patties feature a blend of short rib, brisket, and chuck. Menu also includes wings, pub sandwiches, and salads. Their bar offers 40+ tap beers and an array of drink concoctions, known for the bloody mary options. I have recently started checking out Milwaukee Burger for the monthly tap takeover. It is really fun to check out the new Tap beers. This month is Pearl Street, which was awesome! I do enjoy the "cheese curds", which are blocks of deep fried cheese. They are actually not really cheese curds. They have so many good burgers to choose from, it is really hard to pick! The happy hour is a little wimpy though :) |
Good burgers, good sandwiches, good service. The hangover burger is amazing, the juicy lucy is great.
The cheese curds which seem to be mentioned often aren't any good though and aren't even actually cheese curds. They just give you big square blocks of deep fried cheese, not deep fried cheese curds. If you think they are great then you've probably never actually had good ones. |
I have been to this place many times from the day they opened until just recently. The first several times I went there, the service was poor but the food was great. I would have easily given it four stars. But from that time until the last time I was there the food has been terrible and the service worse. We waited forever, the food was cold and cheap and the service was so rude and unhelpful, I actually got angry. I will never go back there again. Please keep in mind that this review is based on the last three of four times I went there (stupid to keep going back, I know). |
I am a huge fan of Milwaukee Burger! Every time I go there it gets better and better, it has a great atmosphere. Everything from the food to the music and sports always playing and especially the staff. They are EXTREMELY friendly!:) Yes the food is a little greasy and un-healthy but what do you expect going to a restaurant called "Milwaukee Burger Company". They have been adding more vegetarian friendly meals to the menu; the salads there are very good as well. If you have had a bad experience there i urge you to go back and try again you will be pleased! |
I don't understand all the people who bash this place...I went for the first time not too long ago, and it was FANTASTIC! I got the Famous Juicy Lucy, and it was absolutely wonderful. And their cheese curds? Words cannot describe how delicious they were. I definitely will be going back again and again =) |
