Drinks are usually very overpriced.

I stopped going to BWW - the staff are nice, but it takes 45 minutes or longer to get served, even days when the restaurant is nearly empty. One time I asked for meal with no cheese - it had cheese all over it and when I asked to have it redone they said it would be at least 45 more minutes. They didn't want to give me a credit either.

Okay place...Rude service dirty tables and generic food. I like the atmosphere but hate paying the price for something a ten year old child could cook in a microwave.I will not be back.

I've only been to BWW about four times and each time the staff members were rude! The last time we went my husband and I ordered some wings for us and some friends. We both got sick off the food-like food poisoning sick. When we called to complain, the manager was extremely rude said "of course you would get sick if you ate all that food". When we said we wanted a refund he accused us of lying saying that it takes over 48 hours to get food poisoning. We said we wanted to speak to his manager and he gave us another number to call-which was, of course, the wrong number. We were never refunded and needless to say we will never go back!

I've been to the BWW here in Eau Claire a handful of times, and each time I go, it seems the food gets more expensive and less appetizing and and the service gets even worse. Pound for pound (or should I say ounce for ounce) the wings here are the most overpriced, over-hyped wings I have ever had. Maybe that's because they figure you're only going to need six small wings drenched with Blazin' sauce to really fulfill your wing appetite. I haven't been to BWW for a couple of years now, but judging from the reviews, it looks like I won't be back anytime soon.
