UW-Eau Claire’s most elegant annual event, the Viennese Ball, was held April 5-6 this year, returning with orchestral music to waltz to and a variety of musical performances throughout each evening, all of it encouraging attendees to dress in their best. Food and drink included beers specifically created for this year’s Viennese Ball, which were offered at “die Bierstube,” as well as a traditional Austrian dinner.
