While this might be one of the weirder stories of the year, it’s not too surprising considering who it comes from. Minneapolis experimental band Marijuana Deathsquads (headed by Eau Clairian Ryan Olson) has a new video for their song “Ewok Sadness,” which was partially filmed right here at Eau Claire’s House Of Rock and stars Eau Claire comedian Jacy Catlin. The video is the sad story of a dejected Ewok who shows up at a concert to confront his embattled hero. The video is of course bizarre and funny with a weird emotional pull you’d never thought you’d feel for an Ewok. Check out the video below.
