Gross. The salad is lame shredded iceburg lettuce. The french fries were good. The cheese bread was okay and the pizza was awful. The sauce was horrible. Very bland and tasteless pizza. I might give it 0 stars if I could.

In my mind this is a "Wisconsin Style Pizza". Thin crust and lots of grease. It is a guilty pleasure that I enjoy on occasion. Very casual and nice for a comfortable night out.

I thought the pizza was pretty mediocre to almost not even worth eating.

I'm not sure what's wrong with the tastebuds of some V1 readers. Sammy's is definitely not the "Best of" the Chippewa Valley. While the menu has a good selection, the execution of the Pizza here is poor. The sauce is not much better than anything you can get from the store in a can. Pricewise, this joint is a rip-off for what you get. The service wasn't very good either, as we waited a long time to get helped while we watched the staff take orders from people who had come in some time after we did. We were literally a minute from walking out. Honestly, you're better off making pizza at home with ingredients from the grocery store. I'm not sure how this place won a "Best of" award, but there are much better Pizzerias in the Valley.

never been a fan of this pizza -I don't ever eat there because I distinctly remember my mother getting horrible food poisoning there a while back, and this clouds my judgement.
