VERY DISAPONTED!!! I had called on St Pattys day to ask about their special and how late they served it until, her response "Special is cornbeef and cabbage, and the kitchen is open all night!" I was very excited seeing as I got done with work and really wanted to try it. when we got there a little after 10pm and luckily found a table, the waitress asked what we wanted, we said the cornbeef, and she said "Sorry you can only get appitizers now, the kitchen closed as 9" WTF. I had called not even an hour before and been specific about it. then when I asked if they had specials on drinks she replyed "no, we figured people would come in anyways, why have specials" I was appauled. We tried to leave, but was blocked by the amount of people and the back door was locked, when we finally got near the front a waitress walked by and delivered a fresh plate of... you guessed it! CORNbeef and cabbage. Will not go back.

Bad food coupled with bad services made my second attempt at eating here a fail! When we arrived there were two other booths and it still took a server 15 minutes to come and get our order. When the food arrived it was awful. I've had the cheesecurds, they are no Camraderie curds, you'd have better ones at Milwaukee Burger Company! Sadly it only works as another college bar on Water Street.

Dooleys is about as authentically irish as taco bell is authentically mexican. Both are far from authentic, and yet I still find myself spending my money there. Despite a bad vibe from the owner, who has yet to be a friendly guy except with the one or two of his buddies that sit at the end of the bar with him, the majority of the staff is friendly and fast. Beer on tap is mediocre overall, but has a few diamonds in the rough, including Capital Amber and Harp. The food has typically been sub par, but I've always enjoyed the reuben and cheese curds. Give it a shot, but don't have high expectations.

YUCK! I feel like the owner of this place thinks the cornier the shit he puts up, the more drunk people will think they're in Ireland. But pretty much saying Irish people are only completely drunk just gets old, and the over use of a four leaf clover and st. patricks name (actually english) Is just down right TACKY! The owner himself seems like he doesn't know what he's doing! I had to listen to traditional irish music/sting(the bad stuff)/TOO MUCH U2/spice girls while I chocked down my dry hamburger and bad tasting wings with a beer i wish I had gotten some place else!

Worst Irish food I've ever had; if you could even consider it Irish... The shepard's pie was AWEFUL, orange-colored greasy ground hamburger -- just gross. Tried a burger once, it was just okay. Okay place if you're just going to drink, but really poor food.
