Wagner’s Lanes and the Complexx (2159 Brackett Ave., Eau Claire) has scored a spot at the top of the poll’s rankings for Best Bar for Indoor Games. With bowling, volleyball, bean bags, volley pong, and more – much of it under an enormous, heated dome – Wagner’s has a lot to offer for year-round recreation. Second place went to Happy Hollow Tavern (1628 N. Hillcrest Parkway, Altoona), where pastimes include poker, darts, and pool.
