We here in Wisconsin L-O-V-E our beer, and for that reason, the Chippewa Valley is home to multiple breweries. The Brewing Projekt (1807 N. Oxford Ave., Eau Claire) hopped to first place for Best Brewery for the fourth straight year, thanks to its rooftop patio, ambient lights, and flavorful beers. Leinenkugel’s – an award-winning Chippewa Falls-based brewery that needs no introduction – snagged second place among readers. The German- and Czech-inspired Lazy Monk Brewing (97 W. Madison St., Eau Claire) stands out from others with its traditional décor and German biers (and on top of that, 2020 marks its 10th anniversary). Prost! – Natalie Rosenkranz
