First Wednesday Wine Pairing Dinner

The first Wednesday of every month Forage EC teams up with William the Eau Claire Wine Guy to offer a four-course meal paired with four wines.

The May food menu will prime you for Cinco de Mayo:

  • Tortilla soup topped with shredded chicken, avocado and sour cream
  • Street corn lettuce cups with cojita cheese, roasted tomato, cilantro, avocado lime sauce
  • Roasted poblano-black bean and chili lime shrimp quesadillas; served with fire-roasted tomato rice and salsa verde
  • Fried ice cream
