The Bridge to Hope Adjusts Services in Light of Pandemic

nonprofit available 24-7 for support and advocacy

The Bridge to Hope is committed to protecting the health and well-being of clients as well as staff and the public, but the coronavirus epidemic is presenting new challenges that they are acting to confront and overcome. Things that are changing for the time being:

•Phone calls and texting services are welcome and encouraged. If it is safe for you to do so, please call, and they will provide services over the phone. As always, they continue to be available 24-7 for support and advocacy. They can provide extensive services over the phone: advocacy, support, safety planning, and restraining order preparation. The toll-free number is (800) 924-9918 or text to (715) 505-3640.

• In-person services will be limited to people who cannot safely talk over the phone. If possible, please call before coming to the office so they can explain the process for in-person appointments.

• They will not be able to provide in-person services to anyone who has symptoms of an illness.

• Safety precautions will be taken for in-person appointments at The Bridge to Hope.

• They are canceling all events, groups, classes, and educational presentations until further notice.

• They will not be accepting donations of ANY items, though they always appreciate your generosity.
