Wine and Whimsy

On Friday, August 29 Wine and Whimsy took place at ECRAC. It's a 2.5-hour workshop with friends in front of a canvas with a glass of wine. An instructor guides participants through the painting. This unique event benefits the Eau Claire Regional Arts Council, Inc.
