I don't have a gastronomically talented uncle who whips up raging chipotle sauces for halibut steaks and lives in a house with nine tables onto which my cheerful cousins slide herbaceously scented pastas for the family to enjoy -- but if I did it'd feel a lot like eating at the Duncan Creek Wine bar & Grille. Since my own uncles are mostly sweet, lunky, grease monkeys, I'll be visiting Chippewa Falls a lot, pretending I was adopted.
