Eaux Claires Music and Arts Festival continues to be a place where you can see your favorite local band, art installations, and musical legends such as Paul Simon all in one day. After its fourth year, the festival will take a break this summer and return to downtown Eau Claire in 2020. Blue Ox Music Festival, which came in No. 2, is a haven for lovers of bluegrass and Americana who also enjoy the great outdoors and rallying around the campfire.
