You may enter – if you dare. The Paranormal Cirque is crawling through Eau Claire from Sept. 7-10, bringing with it a unique, stomach-turning experience thrill-seekers won’t want to miss.

Described as a “thrilling, wicked, sexy, dangerous” event in a recent media release, the event is a combination of theatre, circus, and cabaret experience with a European-style flare that will be new to many locals.

Presented by Cirque Italia – founded in 2012 and primarily known for its Water Circus – the Paranormal Cique is a daring new show that caters to mature audiences. Those under 18 years must have an accompanying parent or guardian to see the R-rated show.

The show promises to bring some of the best artists from around the globe to perform arts such as circus stunts like the Wheel of Death, magic, and more, with acrobats, illusionists, and others dancing the line between fun- and fear-inducing.

Look for the black-and-white tent that marks the fantastical and nightmarish touring performances, which will pop up at the Oakwook Mall parking lot (4800 Golf Rd., Eau Claire). There will be six shows in Eau Claire, all in the evening.
