Described as a “thrilling, wicked, sexy, dangerous” by founders Cirque Italia, Paranormal Cirque rolled into town with its towering black-and-white tent set up next to Eau Claire’s Oakwood Mall. A combination of theatre, circus, and cabaret with a European-style flare, the event was the pinnacle of fear and fun, leaving locals in awe during its three-day run from Sept. 7-10.
