Journey through Contemplation, Looking Out and Am I Ready? Guided Imagery Workshop

Sherry Hagen, local visual artist and art educator, will conduct a guided imagery workshop through 3 paintings. There will be silent meditation and opportunity to color, draw and write and share about individual meditations.
