Azura Memory Care Lands on 2023 Best Workplaces List
Azura Memory Care and Assisted Living is the only Wisconsin-based business to make the list
Azura Memory Care and Assisted Living landed on Great Place to Work and Fortunate Magazine's 2023 Best Workplaces in Aging Services list, coming in a 21st place of the 25 businesses recognized. Azura is the only Wisconsin-based business to make the list this year, also marking Azura's first time being recognized.
Earning a spot on this particular list – there are dozens of categories across Great Place to Work's 2023 Best Workplaces lists – earns Azura a place among the best companies in aging services to work for in the nation.
The Best Workplaces in Aging Services award is based on analysis of survey responses from more than 140,000 employees from Great Place to Work-Certified companies in the aging services industry, a recent media release noted. In that survey, 82% of Azura's employees said Azura is a great place to work. This number is 25% higher than the average U.S. company.
