Since opening in 2023, the Eau Claire Event District is now home to Country Jam Music Festival and the new Reverb Music Festival, but its main venue sites, The Crescent and High Country, offer some of the largest and most beautiful wedding settings in the area. There is availability in 2024 and 2025, so it’s never been a better time to start crafting the wedding of a lifetime at the Eau Claire Event District.

The Crescent

With 11,000 square feet of space including an extensive attached pavilion, the opportunities for your special day at The Crescent are endless. The space can comfortably seat up to 650 guests, allowing plenty of space for both a wedding ceremony and reception.

Upon entering The Crescent, you’re met with elegant vaulted ceilings and rustic beams with sprawling windows, and an indoor/outdoor fireplace, perfect for illuminating the scenic area. If you choose to utilize the building’s covered pavilion, you can enjoy the comfort of an indoor wedding with the light and views of an outdoor venue.

The Crescent holds a full-service bar with licensed and experienced bartenders included in the venue price. Arguably one of the best amenities in The Crescent are the bride and groom suites. The groom suite offers a relaxing place for the groomsmen to get ready, with a kitchenette, foosball table, a spacious bathroom, and a large TV.

The bridal suite is a bright room with a large mirrored stage, authentic stylist chairs, a large bathroom, kitchenette, and a closet with enough space to hold several dresses.

The Crescent has state-of-the-art audio-visual technology with wireless microphones available to use, speakers that are connected to the inside and outside of the building, and four projectors and screens available for use.

High Country

Contrasting The Crescent’s modern-meets-rustic feel, the High Country venue exudes a classy industrial aura, boasting 18,000 square feet of space, allowing up to 1,000 guests to comfortably enjoy your wedding.

The High Country offers an open-air experience like no other, with floor-to-ceiling garage doors, massive windows, and a large patio that can be brilliantly lit and furnished.

The 80-foot-long full-service bar within High Country is a great option for dining and cocktails. On the other end of the building, there is an option to bring out a stage, which allows your wedding band or DJ to perform while still having plenty of room for a dance floor and guest seating.

The same high-quality visual and audio quality in The Crescent can be found in High Country, with speakers on the inside and outside, as well as portable screen options for any photos or slideshows.
